Yesterday, in a dastardly terror attack, four Israelis were killed and three others wounded in “Sarona Market” -  an upscale food and retail center located in central Tel Aviv. Two Palestinian terrorists opened fire on passersby and shortly after were captured – one was wounded and is currently  treated upon by Israeli doctors, in a local hospital, and is said to be in a stable condition. All wounded civilians were evacuated to nearby hospitals.

The two terrorists were identified as cousins from Yattah , a Palestinian city located in the Hebron Governorate in the West Bank. This terrorist attack, that violates the Holy Month of Ramadan – a month of peace and reflection,  echoes the ongoing Palestinian incitement and policy of appeasement vis a vis Hamas, one of the biggest terror organizations in the Middle East.

“The nature of yesterday’s terror attack”  emphasizes  Ambassador Daniel Carmon “brings to mind the familiar pattern of the latest wave of global terrorism. The only way to combat terrorism is by putting together a united international front that gives no allowances to terror. Terror is terror is terror whether it happens in France, Belgium, Kenya, India, USA, Australia or Israel.”
Ambassador Carmon thanked those who expressed their support in the Israeli people at this time, including the United Nations and United States, and others in the international community,  who have condemned the horrific terror attack last night in Tel Aviv.
